For SaaS product teams

Reports your customers can rely on.

As customers ask more of your reports, slow loads, overnight updates and server costs start getting in the way. eddy keeps the reporting data updated in a separate database, ready for the experience your team builds.

We'll email you to find a time. Early access and pricing.

What to try on your data →

01 · Customer questions

What do customers want to know?

A customer compares locations, checks account usage or investigates a change in revenue. Start there, then choose the models and queries that can answer those questions.

Enough detail

A total is useful until someone needs the records behind it. Plan the filters, grouping, date ranges and exports your customers need.

Numbers they can explain

Refunds and amended records should reach the report. Make it clear which source changes the numbers include.

An answer without the wait

A report needs to work when many customers open it together. Test the actual queries and traffic your product will see.

02 · Keeping reports updated

The hard part is keeping it working.

A report can be right today and wrong tomorrow. Refunds, corrections and deletes change the numbers. eddy updates your reporting models as those records change, and can keep related reports aligned to the same point in time.

03 · Speed and cost

Give reporting its own database.

Move customer reporting queries into eddy, away from the database running your application. eddy keeps the results behind your reports updated, so each request can read them without rebuilding the whole report.

3,125dashboard reads per second
20.4 msmedian response time
64concurrent clients

Recorded 2026-10-08: Six per-customer dashboard lookups over 30 active customers from a 1,000-customer demo dataset. Warm result caches, a quiet writer and a 20-second run. 4 proxies with 2 cores each on AWS m7g.8xlarge, 32 cores. Full setup and results.

Try your own queries and customer traffic to understand response times and cost. We agree pilot pricing with you.

04 · Customer data

Each customer sees their own data.

eddy can keep separate reporting state for each customer. Your app checks who can access it. When related reports need to agree, you can align their inputs to the same point in time.

1,000 simulated customers (a Shopify-shaped test dataset) on four cores. Every customer’s state its own, through a kill mid-commit.

05 · Getting started

Start with one report.

Choose a report that's slow, expensive or out of date. Bring its SQL or dbt definition and the tables it depends on. We'll check what eddy supports and work through the setup with your team.

Your existing logic

Start with the definitions behind your current report. SQL and dbt.

Your application

Query the results or send them to another system. Integration options.

Your agents

Use the same data in your dashboards and customer tools. Agents and MCP.

06 · Trying your data

Decide what a better report looks like.

Before a pilot, agree what to measure. Include the questions customers actually ask and what happens when the underlying records change.

Are the numbers right?

Compare with your current report or reference SQL, including refunds, corrections and deletes.

Does it keep up?

Measure update delays and load times while customers query it together.

Does the cost work?

Agree a budget and look at the work needed to update, query and store the reporting data.
